Recent News

 

Version 1.50 of CompAero and TurbAero were released for sale on 6/20/09.  For a description and the software upgrade policies, click [details].

  

AXTURB, RIFT, CENCOM and AXCOM can now export performance maps to Sinda/Fluint, a fluid and thermal system analysis  by C&R Technologies [details].

 

TurbAero has been extended to special configurations typical of very low pressure-ratio applications (such as wind turbines and wave turbines) through a series of upgrades in the Feb. to Oct. 2009 time period.

 

Program PTC10 has been added to CompAero to correct centrifugal compressor test data to design (field) conditions following the ASME Power Test Code (PTC 10-1997).

Special Information For Users

 

Some single-user direct-sale software licenses may require adjustment due to organizational changes and similar issues.  Those adustments can usually be accomodated by a single-user transfer agreement [view agreement].  When they are approprite, these agreements are processed at no charge.

 

Windows XP users should note an issue with printed output has been encountered by some users.  See the current User's Guides for a simple "fix" or  view it here with Adobe Reader [view issue].

 

Folders (directories) used by this software cannot include a period in their names.  File names (including path) can include only one period (before the file name extender).
